Is this authentic?

Yes. Every product we stock is genuine and ships sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We are a retailer — these are the brands’ formulas, not ours.

Where does it sit in my routine?

Thinnest to thickest, always. Serums go on first after cleansing, then targeted treatments like balms and creams, then anything with pigment last if it’s daytime. Body products are a separate step.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and every order is tracked. Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days of the date you place your order — that window includes the day or two we take to process it. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, and it can take a few days after that for the carrier to record its first scan.

I have sensitive skin — is that a problem?

Everything we stock is dermatologically tested for low irritation, but no formula suits everyone. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use and stop if you see irritation. Full ingredient lists are printed on the product packaging.

How long until I see a difference?

Give it at least six weeks of consistent use. Texture and hydration usually shift first; fine lines and pigmentation take longer. Anything promising faster than that is overselling.

Can I return it?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetics can only be returned unopened and unused with seals intact. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo and we’ll replace it free.
