Are these authentic products?

Yes. Everything we stock arrives sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.

How much is shipping?

Free tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days of the date you place your order — that window includes the day or two we take to process it. Tracking information is emailed as soon as the order ships, and it can take a few days after that for the carrier to record its first scan. Some remote addresses may not be serviceable; if a carrier cannot reach your address, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

Which product should I start with?

Start with one concern rather than a full routine. Fine lines and loss of firmness — the NAD+ EGF Firming Serum. Dark circles — the Calcium Dark Spot Eye Cream. Neck and jawline — the PDRN Gua Sha Neck Cream. Rough or uneven body skin — the Peel Shot Body Spray. Underarm odour and tone — the Vanilla & Pistachio Deodorant.

What order do I apply them in?

Thinnest to thickest, always. Serum first after cleansing, then targeted treatments like the Multi Balm or Gua Sha cream, then the Dark Spot Eye Cream last if it’s daytime. The Peel Shot spray is a separate body step, used two or three times a week.

Can I use them together?

Yes — they’re designed to layer. Introduce one new product at a time over a few days so you can tell what your skin is responding to. If you use prescription retinoids or acids, space out the exfoliating Peel Shot spray and check with your dermatologist.

I have sensitive skin. Is that a problem?

Every skincare item we stock is dermatologically tested for low irritation, but no formula suits everyone. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use, and stop if you see irritation. Where the manufacturer publishes a full ingredient list, we show it on that product’s page under “Full ingredients (INCI)”; every product also has its ingredients printed on the packaging.

How long until I see a difference?

Skincare works on a slower clock than most marketing admits. Give any product at least six weeks of consistent use before judging it. Texture and hydration usually shift first; fine lines and pigmentation take longer.

Can I return something if it doesn’t suit me?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetics can only be returned unopened and unused with seals intact. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo and we’ll replace it free — no return needed.
