Are these authentic Korean products?
Yes. Everything we stock is a genuine Dr.Melaxin or Medicube product, and it ships sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We are a retailer — these are their formulas, not ours.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every order with no minimum, and every order is tracked. Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days of the date you place your order — that window includes the day or two we take to process it. Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order ships, and it can take a few days after that for the carrier to record its first scan.
Which product should I start with?
If you’re unsure, start with one concern rather than a full routine. Fine lines and loss of firmness — the NAD+ EGF serum. Dark circles — the Calcium Dark Spot Eye Cream. Can I use these together?
Yes — they’re built to layer, and the routine guide above sets out the order. Introduce one new product at a time over a few days so you can tell what your skin is responding to. If you use prescription retinoids or acids, space out the exfoliating Peel Shot spray and check with your dermatologist.
I have sensitive skin — is that a problem?
Every skincare item we stock is dermatologically tested for low irritation, but no formula suits everyone. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use, and stop if you see irritation. Where the manufacturer publishes a full ingredient list we show it on that product’s page, and every product has its ingredients printed on the packaging.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. If something arrives damaged or defective, send a photo and we’ll replace it free — no return needed. Our published refund policy has the full details.
